As most of you know, the Nordstrom #nsale is in full effect! This sale is very different from most sales because the items on sale are new pre-fall/fall items. These items will be on sale until August 5th. After that, the prices will be adjusted back to full price. Now, I have said I am on the fence with this sale but after doing some research (looking at the items online) , I decided to just go ahead and grab a few pieces.
Earlier this week I created a list of my top 20 picks from the sale hoping that I would at least be able to grab a few items off of it. If you guys don’t know, items go FAST during the sale so I wasn’t to sure that I’d get my hands on much of anything and it didn’t really seem like Nordstrom was doing a bunch of restocking. In order to try and make sure I at least got one thing I realllllyyy wanted, I stayed up until 3 am Friday morning to shop. (THIS WAS A MISTAKE! lol! I ended up sleeping most of the day on Friday!) My game plan was to place an item in my cart as soon as I saw it and check out immediately. Sure, I would have a few different orders but it was a way to sort of guarantee I would get the items
I wanted. This only worked some of the time (lol!) There were a bunch of times where I would place an item in the cart and then click the checkout button and the item would be sold out already! This sale was INTENSE online and I absolutely refuse to go to the store because I can only imagine what that chaos is like!
Fortunately, I did end up getting the item I really wanted and a few other things I didn’t realize I wanted until I saw other bloggers wearing them (funny how that works lol!). I am still contemplating placing one more order for these leggings and maybe this pullover (in cream). If I do decide to place this last order, I will share them with you guys when I do my try-on post.

This Dress (in black and grey…it has so many good reviews, I am really looking forward to these coming in!)
This Jacket!! ( My number one pick from the sale! I ended up getting the black and I am regretting not getting the green…maybe they will restock??)
This Shirt (I got it in a 1X so I could wear it off the shoulder)
This Tunic ( This isn’t part of the sale but it’s on sale for under 30! I’ve read some pretty good reviews of this one so I’m excited to try it. I got this in white but it comes in a ton of colors!)
Items I am hoping they restock:
This Colorblock Sweater (the neutral version…literally, sold out immediately after I placed it in my cart)
This Cardigan (in pink!)
Items I’m still deciding on:
These Leggings (the only reason I’m still on the fence with these is because the reviews are so mixed about them. I would probably have to go to the store to try these on but I am really trying to avoid the chaos lol!)
This Pullover (I really like it but I’m just not sure if I NEED it..ya know?)
