while in Florida last week and over the weekend. My husband and I took an unexpected trip to Florida last week due to a family emergency which is why I only posted once last week. Since we left rather quickly (and because it’s still freezing in NC) I didn’t really have many things that were “Florida Weather Ready”. With some of our down time, my husband and I walked around the mall and I found the outfits I will post throughout the week. I have seen this dress on a few bloggers but I wasn’t really in a rush to buy it since I knew I wouldn’t be able to wear it for another month and a half. When I saw this at Nordstrom while on our trip I decided to just go for it since it was so warm there. I tried on both the medium and the large. I liked the fit of the medium in the chest area but it was super tight and too sort on the bottom half so I decided to go with the large and just tie the bow a little tighter. This seemed to work out fine. I brought the shoes that I have on with me because they add something extra to any outfit and can be worn dressed up or down. I purchased them around this time last year and I have to say that they are my fave wedges! I own these in black and a slightly different version in a dark grey color. This year I am eyeing the bright pink color which would look so cute with white and cream during the summer months. Out of all of my spring/summer sandals, these are my go to. They are really comfortable and I can wear them all day without an issue.
Can you believe that February is over next Wednesday?! This year is already flying by!
