A rare Sunday post and serving up the Gossip Girl vibes! I have seen this trend a few times and I really liked it so I decided to give it a try. I am in LOVE with how this look turned out but I made a few tweaks to how I have seen this styled. Instead of the classic style shirt dress, I opted for a shirt dress with a ruffle bottom because it added a little more flare to the outfit. Plus, the dress is superrr cute alone and I can’t wait to wear it this spring with these gold platforms or my gucci sandals.
My sweater vest does run a bit big. I got a medium but I wish I would have gotten a small because it almost covered the whole dress. The small would have showed more of the ruffles like I wanted. I will also add that this vest is a tad itchy on its own but it wasn’t itchy at all when it was over the dress.
