Every once in a while, a coffee recipe comes together so effortlessly that you know after the first sip you’ll be making it again.
That’s exactly what happened with this Salted Maple Honey Latte.
I wasn’t trying to create my next favorite coffee. I was simply using ingredients I already had on hand, and somehow the combination of maple syrup, honey, vanilla, and a touch of salt turned into one of the best homemade lattes I’ve made in a long time.
After one sip, I knew I had to share it.
It’s sweet without being overly sweet, cozy without being heavy, and finished with a creamy vanilla bean cold foam that makes it feel like something you’d order from your favorite coffee shop.
If you’re looking for an easy coffee recipe that makes mornings feel a little more special, this one is worth trying.

Why I Fell in Love With This Latte
I’ve made a lot of coffee recipes over the years, but every once in a while a combination comes together that just works.
The maple syrup brings warmth, the honey adds natural sweetness, and the touch of salt helps every flavor shine. The vanilla bean paste adds a richness that makes the drink taste like it came from a coffee shop instead of my kitchen.
The best part is that it uses ingredients I already had on hand.
No specialty syrups.
No complicated ingredients.
Just simple flavors that somehow work perfectly together.
This was my first time making it, but I have a feeling it won’t be my last.
Coffee Before Chaos Tip ☕
Don’t skip the salt.
You shouldn’t actually taste it, but it helps balance the sweetness and brings out the maple, honey, and vanilla flavors in the best way.
