First things first, I am so glad the Clueless vibes are coming back in style! (Finally, a throwback I can actually relate to lol) I purchased this skirt last year at Express for around 10 dollars. At the time, I had no idea what I would wear with it but I just knew that I liked it so I had to make it mine. I’ve pulled it out of my closet on several occasions in an attempt to wear it and the outfit just never looked right to me. Recently, I’ve seen a ton of other bloggers wearing this style of skirt so I just decided I should just go for it. I found this shirt at my local Nordstrom on sale (for about 20 dollars!) and I thought it would go perfectly with this skirt since its simple but the ruffles give it a little bit of flare. This shirt does run really, really small. I normally wear a small or medium in shirts but I have on an XL and it fits pretty close to my body. A large would have probably been perfect but it wasn’t available in store. This shirt also comes in a cream color which I love. This is a pretty easy shirt to dress up or down and is a great transition piece from winter to spring. I wish they offered this shirt in more colors because it is really a must have!
I have posted about the boots I am wearing a time or two before. I purchased them from my local Steve Madden for about 60 bucks which I thought was an amazing deal. (This is the time of year to buy your boots because they are usually on sale for pretty low prices!) They are now on sale for an even better price! They are about 45 dollars on the actual Steve Madden website and both colors (black and taupe) were available in a few different sizes.
