 Happy Sunday!
I am writing you guys while at my moms house. Today is her birthday and instead of going to dinner she wanted everyone over to eat wings and watch the Panthers game with her. Of course everyone is screaming at the TV (except for me). I am just not a football person at all (lol!). I have really tried to get into the game over the years but it is just not my cup of tea. I just never really understand what is going on or when its appropriate to cheer…nothing really makes sense to me (haha!) Even though I do not understand the game, I do have a favorite team…The New Orleans Saints. They have been my team for a while and I only like them because of their colors. I mean that black and gold is just timeless!

Any way, I purchased the dress I am wearing from Abercrombie and Fitch. I had been eyeing it for a while, secretly hoping it would go on sale but after a few weeks of watching it, the price didn’t drop so I just went for it. I didn’t want it to sell out before I had the chance to buy it. (haha! no shame!)  For reference, I am wearing a size medium and it fits pretty snug. I was considering getting the small but I am sooooo glad I didn’t because I would have been busting out of the thing. The material is pretty warm, thick, and stretchy and if this dress ever comes out in other colors (especially black) I will be purchasing another!

As for the shoes…EEEK! These are my FIRST pair of designer shoes! I was sooooo on the fence purchasing a pair of designer shoes because I am prone to tripping and scuffing up the front of my shoes. Plus, I heard these were super painful and wayyy too high to walk in. After doing plenty of research (youtube and the blogs) and spending countless hours on pinterest looking at “Christian Louboutin Outfits”, “So Kate Outfits”, and  “Nude Heel Outfits” I decided to just take the plunge. I will be doing a sort of unboxing post on these shoes later in the week discussing how I figured out my size and why I chose the style I did.

I hope you guys enjoy the rest of your weekend!
