Okay so I don’t know about you guys but I loveeeee “What’s in my bag?’ youtube videos and blog posts. I just really like seeing other people’s handbags and I like to know what they keep in them. (Is that just me? haha) So since those types of videos and posts are my favorite, I decided to do one of my own! SO lets get right to it. 🙂
Details:
The handbag that I am currently carrying is the Neverfull GM in monogram canvas (pre-loved here) . I received this bag as a gift last Christmas and I really love it. The GM is the biggest size that Louis Vuitton offers. I do have this handbag in the damier ebene print as well. Comparing the two prints I like this one the best. Size wise,I like the GM over the MM because I feel like it is more versatile because of the size. I have used this bag for so many things. (travel, work, etc.). However, if you are looking for a more everyday handbag I would recommend the MM (the medium size). I say this because the GM can sometimes be overwhelming for everyday use (IMO :)).
The largest thing that I keep in my handbag is my makeup bag. I did purchase the makeup bag from LV and I absolutely love it. The inside is wipe-able which I really like because I am constantly spilling lotion or accidentally getting lip-liner or something on the inside. (I’m super clumsy btw) When I get something on it I don’t have to freak out (haha!) I just grab a baby wipe and keep going with life. Also, because of the size I like to use this as a clutch from time to time. (more bang for your buck!) (pre-loved here)
The things in my makeup bag constantly change depending on my needs that day. The things that are usually always there are: lip moisturizer, lotion, lip gloss, a nude liner, and a rollerball. I never ever ever take these things out of my makeup bag because they are my on the go essentials. Any time I have ever left the house without one of these I always end up desperately needing whatever item I left. (so annoying lol! )
I don’t carry a wallet. I think they are too bulky and I never have enough stuff to fill them up. Instead, I have this key pouch. This has to be the best luxury purchase I have ever made. (worth every penny!) I keep all of my rewards cards and debit card in this. I really like this because you can clip it onto things or just throw it in almost any bag. If you are in the market to make your first luxury item purchase this should be on your list!
Next I have my 6 key holder. I have always been serious about handbags. Some girls are shoes lovers but I am all about a good handbag. If you’re a handbag girl you know that taking care of the interior is just as important as taking care of the outside. This holder makes your keys easy to find while also protecting the lining of your bag. I have not lost my keys once since I got this.
This purse does come with a pouchette but I do not like to carry it in my bag every day. I usually only use it for travel as an extra makeup bag or on date nights.
