Happy Sunday!
I am writing this while watching the Panther’s football game with my family. As of right now, (2:00pm lol) the panthers are winning against the Falcons (10-3).  My stepdad, mom, and brother are all yelling at the TV and questioning every. single. play. that happens. Meanwhile, I am planning my escape to the mall. As you all know, hurricane Florence has made landfall in NC. Living in Charlotte, we are pretty far inland and the hurricane hasn’t impacted us as much as we had anticipated. We have received a lot of rain and last night the winds were pretty crazy. As I told you guys, I was pretty nervous about this storm happening while my husband was really relaxed about it. After I finally realized that we would be okay where I live, I began to get bored and feel the need to just do something ! (lol!)  Since I am in desperate need of something to do, I am dedicating this post to how I am occupying my time during this storm!

A. Online Shopping (I would not be me if I didn’t do this lol!)

1. This cardigan (I purchased the plus sized version in a 1X because the straight size version was sold out..lol..lets hope it works)

2. This dress (I really wanted this dress during the Nordstrom anniversary sale but I think it sold out before I could get my hands on it…its on sale now for $47. I purchased a large.)

3.  These shoes (These shoes were a steal! Seriously regretting not purchasing both patterns…when I went back to order the ivory ones, they were no longer available)
B. Making a Snack or Eating a Snack

4. Making Chocolate Chocolate Chip Rice Krispies (For this one we got to leave the house for a whopping 40 minutes to grab the ingredients and a few other snacks (PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE COOKIES!)  While in target, I insisted on taking a few cliche pictures:) )

(I had no idea the box was flipped around lol!)
5. Chips and Queso! (I loveeee cheese. I always have and always will.)

C. Binge Watching TV Shows

6. Station 19 (This is a spin-off of Grey’s Anatomy and it is soooo good! I didn’t have high hopes for it but after watching season one, I am looking forward to season two! I have sooo manyyy questionsssssss)

7. Kitchen Nightmares (I love Chef Gordon Ramsay because he is his true, authentic self! The way he goes innnn on these people is just priceless! )

D. Spending Time With My Family

8. Today I decided to stop by my moms for a bit. My mom baked cookies and my stepdad made spaghetti so its pretty safe to say that a nap is coming soon! (lol!)

-XO, Elle

(My prayers go out to all of the families on the NC Coast that have been negatively impacted by the storm. I pray that everyone stays safe and warm! )
