Reading List Update | What I’ve read + What I’m reading πŸ“š

Hey besties!

2024 is almost over, and I haven’t shared my reading progress this year. I finished two great books early in the year: Do The New You and Don’t Believe Everything You Think. Both changed the way I view myself, my problems, and how to overcome life’s challenges. If you’re looking for self help books to start getting ready for 2025, I would highly recommend those. Do The New You is a faith-based self help book. It uses scripture to help you become the best version of yourself. I enjoyed this book because I’ve been working on my relationship with God this year. I’ve been trying my best to see myself how God sees me and more importantly step into who He has created me to be. This book offered tangible ways for me to grow in my faith as well as grow as a person. Now, I will say that this book isn’t a magic potion. You are going to be required to do some work to make what’s in the book materialize in your life. If you are willing to do the work, I would 100% take the time to read it. I bounced back and forth between the audio book and the physical copy of the book. I liked reading it this way because I’m a busy mom. I still really wanted to take the time to pour into my cup and this allowed me the flexibility to make sure I accomplished my reading goals.
