In the post right before this one, I shared my last outfit post of 2018. After I finished it, I thought I’d share one last beauty post for 2018 since I have purchased a few new beauty products since my last beauty post on Christmas Eve! I have been doing a ton of makeup shopping lately because I feel like there are just a bunch of new products that have been coming out that I am super eager to try. I think after this post I’ll be taking a hiatus from makeup shopping because I need some time to actually try and enjoy everything that I have purchased so far! Most of the post is Fenty Beauty and Huda Beuaty which I didn’t realize until I started getting the products together for this post. There are also a few things that I didn’t mention in this post because I mentioned them in my Christmas Eve post but if you guys would like me to link those on this post too I wouldn’t mind adding them in at the bottom…just let me know! 🙂
NARS
I initially purchased this bronzer in the color laguna. I attempted to apply it and literally nothing showed up lol! So I figured the color was just too light for my skin tone so I returned it for this shade. Hopefully, this color turns out better than laguna!
Huda Beauty Highlighter Palettes
I can’t express enough how much I love these! I have picked these up and put them back down countless times in Sephora. I could never just make up my mind about them until I say a makeup tutorial on Huda’s Youtube Channel where she used on of these and it made her skin look amazing! Out of the two, the golden sands edition is my favorite but I think the bronze sands edition will look amazing when I have a tan during the summer. Right now, its just a tad dark for my skin. The cream highlighters are so amazing and so are the powder highlights. I haven’t used either of the blush or bronzer shades but I am sure that they are amazing.

After purchasing Fenty Glow and Diamond Milk, I knew I needed this color! It is absolutely amazing and I am ready for new shades in this amazing gloss!
Huda Beauty
I finally got my hands on this! The colors are amazing and I can’t wait to create some amazing pink looks with this palette. I have the desert dusk palette (which I purchased on accident thinking it was this one lol!) and the pigmentation on it is simply amazing so I am sure this won’t disappoint.

I had been going back and forth about buying this palette because I felt like the colors were too light for my skin but after seeing a few bloggers with it and going into the store to swatch it on myself (and my husband when I ran out of space lol) I decided to just go for it. I think I am going to use this to create my NYE eye look!

I love this setting powder! I have this setting powder in blondie but I wanted a powder for the days where I didn’t want a super bright under eye. This powder melts right into my skin and gives me a slight under eye highlight without being unnaturally bright (like I normally like it lol!) The only thing I am not a huge fan about is the scent of this powder because it is on the stronger side. If you are super sensitive to perfumes, I wouldn’t purchase this powder because it may get a bit overwhelming. If you are familiar with Huda Beauty, the scent of the powder is the same scent that is in the foundation so if you sent enjoy the scent of the foundation….deff pass on this and try the Laura Mercier Translucent Setting Powder.

Born This Way Multi-Use Sculpting Concealer in Warm Sand $29
This concealer is the perfect skin tone concealer. Like the Kunafa powder, I purchased this for the days where I don’t want a super bright under eye or for the days that I need to cover up my dark circles and run out the door. I have this concealer in about 4 different shades so I think its safe to say this is my FAVORITE concealer!
