Welcome to my last outfit post of 2018!!!!
This year has been an incredible journey with the blog and with you guys! I have throughly enjoyed creating content this year and learning how to manage this whole blog thing. Some days (or weeks actually  lol! ) have been way harder than others but the overall experience has been soo much fun! I had no idea ,when I started this blog, how much work and effort goes in to creating content for a blog. I assumed that this would be something easy to do. You snap a few pics and write a quick blurb about what you have on and then boom…you’re done but this is not at all the case on most days. Some days you’re too busy or too tired or too hungry to take a pic or even put an outfit together. It takes a lot of focus and time management to get past these things to create content to post 3 days a week. I have definitely learned a lot and a calendar and plenty of lists have now become staples in my day to day life. (lol!)  I can’t wait to continue this fun into 2019 and continue to share my outfits and travels for another year!

As for my outfit, I put this really cute and simple outfit together yesterday morning while in a rush to get out the door for church. The boots that I have on are my faveee part of the outfit. I have been super into combat/hiker boots this season. Especially the Steve Madden versions of combat/hiker boots because just about all of them are designer dupes. The ones I have on remind me of these Gucci boots. The only difference is that the dupes don’t have the strap around the ankle which is completely okay for being around $99 dollars…or even cheaper on some sites like Macys and Belk!  The sweater I have on is on sale right now for around $20 and is super soft but on the thinner side. So if you live in a place that has much colder weather than Charlotte, you may need to wear a cami under this sweater. It also comes in a a few other colors like a really pretty sea foam and a periwinkle color that I am adding to my cart as soon as I publish this post!

Okay so last but not least, how are you guys planning to spend your NYE? I originally planned to go out  but I think I am planning to spend my NYE at church with some friends. I haven’t done that in a while so I am thinking that would be a great way to bring in the new year. My church is doing a huge praise party to bring in the new year which I have never been to before but I have heard it is so much fun! If you guys are in the Charlotte area for NYE you should definitely check out Elevation Church to ring in 2019!
