My Favorite Face Masks

Details:
(From left to right)

I have been secretly obsessed with my skin for years! By the time I was 12 I had a strict skincare regimen that I followed daily. Of course, as I have grown, my skin has changed and I have had to adjust my skincare routine to fit my new needs.  Recently, I have tried a few (probably more than a few TBH!) masks and these are the three that I am really in to at the moment.

I purchased this mask over the summer and I have to admit I use it almost nightly! (Its THAT good!)  According to the Sephora website this mask is supposed to lift and firm the skin while reducing some effects of aging. IMO, you can see results right after you rinse it off. The first time I used it, I was so shocked! I have normal/oily skin and I have no issue with this product over-drying my skin. I just moisturize immediately after. TBH, this mask is a little pricey. I would definitely ask for a sample from Sephora before buying the jar.

I purchased this on a recent trip to the mall. I have only used this one a few times but I am really impressed. For starters, its smells like chocolate! Not artificial chocolate but REAL chocolate. (HOW YUMMY!!) It goes on pretty smooth but also has enough grit to give a nice scrub. This mask is supposed to calm redness and give your skin a nice deep cleanse according to the Lush website. I have been having a little trouble with redness around my cheeks lately and this has helped calm that. The only things I don’t like about this mask is that you don’t get much in the container and that you have to keep the mask in the refrigerator. Other than those two things, I do really like this mask and will most likely purchase again.

Lastly, this is the mask that started my obsession with Lush! (YES, it smells just like a hot cup of coffee) I keep this one in my shower and I also use this daily. I put it on and allow the steam in the shower to help it seep into my skin. Now, if you’re not a huge fan of super gritty masks/scrubs I would pass this up because it is VERY gritty. This mask is supposed to remove any dry patches and reveal a nice glow according to the Lush website. Personally, I don’t have dry patches but I really love a good scrub because my skin can get pretty oily and clog my pores.  If you’re looking to try your first Lush scrub, I would grab this one!

I just thought I’d throw this in, I have been using this serum and this moisturizer after I mask or wash my face. I use the serum and then moisturize.

Comment below and tell me about the masks and scrubs that you guys use! I would love to hear about them!
