Motherhood

DITL: SAHM of two

Hey guys! By the time y’all read this it’ll be Monday but I’m writing this Friday night. Just so you know 😂😂

Today was one of those days where I just knew we ( me + the boys) wouldn’t be able to make it in the house a full day. I mean, we never are able to make it in the house a full day but I just KNEW as soon as both boys woke up that we had to leave as quickly as possible. The day started off with a LOT of tears and in order to try and stop it from going down hill too quickly we left..with both boys only wearing diapers.

I wore this set from my site. I wear a XS in the top and bottom. I always get sooo many compliments on these leggings. They are really soft and they have a nice amount of compression to hold you in and keep you smoothed out.

Of course our first stop was Starbucks

here was our order:

Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso (4 pumps of brown sugar + 3 pumps of vanilla)

Bacon + Gruyere Egg Bites

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin

Grilled Cheese

2 Birthday Cake Cake Pops

Cheese + Fruit Protein Box

Are cake pops before 10 am a little excessive, maybe…but I was honestly just trying to survive lol!

The next stop was Target. Since we left the house with them only in diapers they needed outfits for the day. Luckily, I had two clean t-shirts left in the car from swim lessons earlier this week so I only had to stop and grab them pants. I grabbed them these sweats from the cat&jack line. The boys sections are always slimmmmm when it comes to choices but we buy these sweats every year and love them. They’re great staples to have and you can style them in so many different ways.

After Target we went to the tailor to pick up my skort I mentioned in this post and then the mall.

After the mall we went to Suarez Bakery in the park road shopping center. The boys had sugar cookies, chocolate cake, + a chocolate cupcake from the bakery and we spent the rest of the afternoon exploring the shopping center. Sage loves plants so we walked around BlackHawk Hardware & Garden Center. The staff there was super nice and even let Sage water a few plants which was really fun for him.

We ended our day with Nori throwing a tantrum in the middle of the plaza, awkward stares from strangers, and me trying to carry him to the car with one hand. Love that for me…

ONE LAST THING

before I go…I launched a few STUNNING fall colors on my site shopfivefifteen.com
